This hotel offers great value for money. I booked a deluxe room with a double bed at a very affordable price. The location, although on a small street, is actually very convenient as it is close to the train station and shops. The staff were also very helpful and assisted me in organizing a train ticket. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of books in different languages and a kitchenette. The rooms were clean and comfortable, matching the pictures on their website. Another bonus was the breakfast that was included.

Celebrating Christmas in this hotel was an unforgettable experience! I loved the welcoming and cheerful staff that made us feel right at home. On arrival, we were offered free airport pick-up with our name on a sign which gave us a good indication of the hotel's attention to detail. The hotel's location couldn't be better, with easy access to shopping centers and numerous restaurants nearby. We were also offered complimentary breakfast every day, which was a great way to start the day.

We had issues with the toilet that was not very clean and only had cold water, which was uncomfortable in the chilly weather. the travel office guy tried to trick us into taking their private car to Agra, claiming it was the only option.

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including a double bed which was a definite plus point. I also loved that they had books in different languages available for guests to read. it was a great value for the price I paid.
